Social networking is forever on the up
rise, but is it playing too much of a factor in our day-to-day lives? We wake
up and our initial thought is to check what the latest gossip is within our
social group, or often spend hours before bed scrolling through pointless
Facebook posts, even going to the extremes to check during school hours, but
why? Is it because we can? Do we feel it’s a social necessity? Or simply
because we have nothing better to do with our lives? Surely people cannot get
pleasure out of wasting their days looking at cringy pictures and mindless
posts?
I've used a mixture of first person narrative and formal language.
